BMW uprated strengthened LSD unit cover for medium size (188mm) diffs.
These LSD units were used in :
- E30 325i, M3
- E36 325i, M3 3.0 and M3 3.2 (US spec)
- Other BMW's that use size 188mm diffs (E28, E34, Z3 and other)
This cap made from special compound steel for increased strength.
Exact dimensions as original
cap for easy fitting. Same bearings to be used as with original cover. New bolts and fixing spring for output flange is included.
Different offset cover is used for LSDs:
3.15 to 4.45 gear ratios (or even higher ratio motorsport gears)
3.07 and lower ratios - so called "diesel" high offset LSD units
